Concrete chloride ion penetration

If Chloride ion penetrates into the concrete, the degradation of durability performance proceeds
quickly due to rebarcorrosion of concrete construction and for this reason, it is a product developed to protect this
by testing chloride ion penetration resistance & diffusion coefficient and deriving
a chloride ion migration coefficient. Based on this, it is possible to estimate even durability life of concrete.

Characteristic of product
It is composed of PC software, direct current power supply unit(PSU) and measurement cell.
As it is possible to set an applied voltage by each channel, it is possible to
test even for research purpose in addition to standard test(60V/30V)
As data is saved in PC hard disc and the test results are referred
to and reprinted, it is convenient to manage the data.
As data is saved simultaneously to USB etc. in addition to hard
disc due to the backup function, it is safer to prevent the data
loss.
It is possible to connect NT BUILD 492 / ASTM C 1202
simultaneously.
For example, if the simultaneous connection test is done, ASTM ends first with 6 hours.
As other test can be started in the ended channel, many tests can be ended within the same time.
It is economical as data logger is not needed.
